About Me

Dennis Doermer grew up in Winnipeg, Manitoba and started taking violin lessons at age 7 and organ lessons at age 9. He played both instruments in his church’s music group, sang in the choir for many years and has been playing church organs since he was 12.

Noteworthy highlights were playing the organ at Dinkelsbühl Cathedral, the mighty Ruffatti organ at Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and the world's largest pipe organ (33,112 pipes and 7 keyboards) at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

Dennis, who is trilingual (French, German), is married and has been blessed with two daughters. He has worked in different capacities - insurance, hospitality, tourism and several federal government ministries, including a 3-year assignment in Germany.
